The Yanagisawa 01 and 02 series have long been considered to be the reference point for a professional instrument. This SW02 bronze soprano l has a one-piece body with a fixed neck and as such delivers a concise, clear tone across the range. The use of bronze on this superb soprano adds a somewhat darker, richer tone than its brass A991 companion. This instrument is unlacquered and so blows with a broader tone even than the standard lacquered model.

This is a very versatile Sax that is as happy playing jazz as it is classical, it will keep going forever and ever and has very solid tuning. It's hard to go wrong here. This particular example is in excellent mechanical order. Of course the unlacquered finish has nicely tarnished throughout, lending the sax a dark, rich patina. This pre-owned Soprano Sax would be ideal for an advancing player wanting a high quality pro model in superb condition.
