- Courier delivery is next working day (Mon-Fri)
- Upgrade options (at checkout) include timed & weekend delivery
- Rental Instruments cost £9.49 to deliver
- Instruments returning from servicing cost £9.49 to deliver

Accessories & Spare Parts

- Orders over £40 are sent FREE*
- Order under £40 are subject to postage charges (from £2.80)
- Upgrade options (at checkout) include 1st class or courier
- All prices & delivery options are shown at checkout

Exceptions & Restrictions (UK)

1. Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Western Isles, Aberdeen, Oban, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man are subject to additional service days and may take 2-3 extra days for delivery (including courier options).

2. Some postcodes starting with BT may incur additional shipping costs which will be displayed at the checkout.

3. All goods are subject to a 14-day approval and can be returned in ‘as new’ condition for refund or exchange. Any return costs are to be paid directly by the customer.

- We will ship via Royal Mail Signed for or Courier - depending on size & weight
- Please Note: Local duty & tax will be payable when the order enters your country

Orders In Excess of £250

- Price will be displayed on basket page
- We will ship using International Couriers (varies by region)
- Local duty & tax can be pre-paid via our checkout (more info below)

International Returns

- All returns are made at the customers cost
- Exceptions only if product faulty or damaged on arrival (contact us to arrange)

International Duty & Tax Pre-Payment

All Worldwide orders are subject to local Duty & Tax fees. We offer the chance to pre-pay these during checkout on orders with a value above £250.

The fees will be clearly displayed on our basket page, so you know the final total of your transaction from door-to-door with no further costs.

You can choose to pre-pay (recommended for ease & speed of delivery) or you can un-select this option and deal with the duty & tax locally.
Please note that choosing not to pre-pay will often lead to local delays to your order.
