Clarinet plays like a dream! I also have professional models Selmer and Buffet. Tuning is good and the ease of playing is good. It lacked a little on tone compared to the Buffet Divine, low notes werent quite as rich, but overall it is a lovely clarinet. I was sent this with a two week trial, i will be keeping it but i will be experimenting with alternative bells and barrels just to keep that rich tone. Yamaha just need to work on getting the tone as good as its rivals and then it will be a winner all round!!
