The top-of-the-line Yamaha YCL-622II Bass Clarinet, to Low C, is meticulously crafted by hand in Japan. This gives this professional model a rich, warm sound with powerful projection and extremely accurate intonation. Each tonehole undercut is individually shaped for a beautifully balanced, remarkably responsive instrument.

In a busy marketplace, the Yamaha offers exceptional build quality, ease of emission and long-standing reliability. The tone is full and rich throughout and competes well against the Buffet, Selmer and Uebel low C Bass Clarinet equivalents. This Yamaha comes in a neat slimline case and the whole outfit is built to last. The keywork sits comfortably under the fingers and the low C mechanism has a positive and re-assuring feel when deployed.
