This is the Windcraft WAS-150 Alto Saxophone. Designed as a premium entry-level Alto Sax for beginners, the WAS-150 offers new players an easy to use instrument with excellent durability and reliability.

The original Windcraft WAS-100 and 110 models became highly regarded amongst teachers and players but after more than a decade we wanted to introduce a premium level beginner Saxophone. The WAS-150 model is made from even higher quality raw materials and has been designed specifically with the beginner in mind.

Careful consideration has been given to each and every part of the instrument, from the layout of the keywork to the quality of the pads, springs, corks and felts. This WAS-150 is, in our opinion, the easiest and most enjoyable affordable Alto Saxophone on the market today. 

In addition to the material upgrades, this WAS-150 is also fully workshop checked and set-up here in the UK by our specialist team of woodwind technicians. The outfit is complete with a Windcraft student Alto Saxophone mouthpiece, a cleaning cloth, black neck strap and deluxe case with shoulder straps and two handles.
