Windcraft Mouthpiece Patch Large - Black .8mm

This was a new product for me- my old clarinet mouthpiece does have indentations made by teeth so I decided to give this ago when I purchased a new mouthpiece. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the clarinet to make a sound when I used it- air was leaking around it- I guess I’m just not used to it- maybe I’d have found a thin one easier. I have even seen professional players with these on their clarinet so I think it’s just a matter of me not being used to it and it may be easier if you use one from the start. I won’t be using it going forward.

We generally suggest using the patches in order to protect your teeth and the mouthpiece itself however we do offer thinner options which, as you suggest, may indeed make it more comfortable for you. Excellent way to save mouth piece damage

Offer good value for somebody with sharp front teeth and a high turnover of mouthpiece protectiors

Bought to save me from marking the new mouthpiece with my top teeth, but they have also make it easier for me, as a beginner, to get consistent placement.
