Th ligature does not grip my synthetic reeds
The supplier responded:Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the ligature wasn’t suitable for you, I would probably suggest trying a material ligature as we find these tend to grip the mouthpiece better as they are more flexible. They are generally slightly more expensive however I can certainly set up the exchange if you would like, you would have our standard 14-day approval to double check fit and to check whether you were happy with the ligature itself.
