Product Information
Our Vegan, fully synthetic Saxophone pad has been developed to be a very firm, high quality and great sounding alternative to traditional pads. A multi layered closed foam material offers a highly accurate and flat pad, completely without the use of animal products. The black material offers high light tightness for accurate seating.

- 3.7 mm thickness
- Pair with synthetic shellac or hot melt glue for fully vegan re-pads.
Pads up to 17.5mm are supplied plain with no metal rivet or resonator. Pads between 18mm - 24.5mm are supplied with a single rivet. Pads larger than 25mm are supplied with a rivet and domed resonator.
Please note: Due to the firmness of these pads, flat tone holes and good keyfitting need to be in place before attempting to install these pads. When ordering, measurements should be taken from the internal cup diameter.

My delivery could not be completed in full, and therefore I am receiving a backorder. This is not my fault, and it happened without any consultation with me. Now, I am faced with paying customs duties twice, plus their administration fees. I have already been in contact with Kasey Stone. She is willing to send the backorder without shipping costs, but the customs duties and administration fees remain my responsibility (32,43 euros). I feel that due to your actions, I am being confronted with additional costs, and the compensation is insufficient.
The supplier responded:Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback, I can only apologise that the order was sent separately - I have now added a note to your account so that we don't send individual parts of orders in the future. With regards your current order, whilst the customs fee is required to be paid I would be happy to refund the charge to you or leave a credit on your account to that amount, whichever you'd prefer.
