Now, the dent balls can be inserted and removed into the trumpet mouthpipe in a quick and precise way, without using the shake the dent ball into place using a driver and then try to shake it back out with another driver method. 

Since the bell flare usually blocks the entrance to the horn from the large end of the tapered mouthpipe, it is necessary to go into the small end. You can do this to some extent with a N91B rod and the smallest N80A balll, but you are limited because of the venturi. With this N49 tool, you pull the ball into place, do your work and then push it back out (we recommend using N57 Dent balls )
