Screw - Pivot - Barrel - B&H Obsolete Clarinet

As expected condition (new) Note will not fit all b&h clarinets.dia too big but easy enough to reduce dia by putting in drill chuck and using fine file & emery.

No one checked to see if this screw would fit...I was told no one would check, but still...it would have helped... and it does not fit! It's a Boosey and Hawkes 8 10 clarinet What clarinet is this screw supposed to fit??? Can I send it back?

The supplier responded:Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies you are not receiving our replies, we've replied to say that there is no need to return the screw, we'll credit you for the part as it wasn't suitable. The screw that you'd ordered is suitable for B&H clarinets of a certain age and the design was changed later in production, perhaps yours is one of the other styles. We do always send all parts via tracked post and any imported items will have to pass through customs whenever they are shipped internationally. I'm sorry for the inconveniences caused. Relieved to find parts for my vintage Boosey and Hawkes clarinet.

Worked perfectly and easy to fit

old item found ok but postage a bit slow

Just as ordered, fitted well and did job as required.
