have paid 10 euros for customs fees, almost the total value of the purchase, in your online store I do not specify this tax, so I am claiming a refund of the 10 euros

The supplier responded:Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that this wasn't clearer for you however unfortunately since Brexit customs fees are applied separately on orders dispatched to Europe. We're not able to confirm customs fees for individual countries as those charges are determined by local tax laws however we are looking into ways that we can make this clearer.
