This Miyazawa flute is ideal for any advancing flautist. All Miyazawa flutes are handmade resulting in exceptional precision. The tone is solid and fluid across the whole range, it has a beautiful singing quality synonymous with the Miyazawa brand.The Miyazawa PB102E has a part Brogger mechanism including the Brogger thumb key. It also features a sterling silver lip plate, riser and barrel as well as a silver plated nickel body, footjoint and key mechanism.
Other key features include:
- French style pointed tonearms: Allow toneholes to close evenly and fully.
- Drawn toneholes: shaped from the flute's body, drawn toneholes provide an improved flexibility and give a richer, warmer sound.
- Pinless partial Brogger System mechanism: Designed by flutemaker Johan Brogger, this design helps the keywork perform more accurately and consistently.
