This is the Legere Signature Series reed for Baritone Saxophone. It is a bright and stable reed coloured with a full spectrum of overtones. The reed is very responsive and articulate due to its relative thinness versus the Classic Series. The Signature Series for Saxophone is the recommended cut for players in solo, classical, or jazz studio settings.

Consistent and responsive, these reeds are a boon for woodwind doublers having to switch between many instruments. You may not find they work for all your horns, but if you find the right reed for your set-up, the initial outlay is well worth it. Legere don't offer a refund scheme, but they do have an exchange policy to try another strength. Personally, I've found the Signature Cut works best for me, but some experimentation may be needed.

Transformed my experienced. Noticeable improvement over the "Classic" version. Instant response over the entire range of the instrument with great projection. Hasn't warped like my standard reeds. Expensive, but with care should hopefully last for ages.
