This reed is recommended for beginners though it is appreciated by advanced players seeking a darker sound. Ideal for use on Contrabass Clarinet where the playing may be infrequent and you can expect it to play the same time you pick it up with no preparation. Can also be cleaned and sanitised so other players in an ensemble can use it.
