My delivery could not be completed in full, and therefore I am receiving a backorder. This is not my fault, and it happened without any consultation with me. Now, I am faced with paying customs duties twice, plus their administration fees. I have already been in contact with Kasey Stone. She is willing to send the backorder without shipping costs, but the customs duties and administration fees remain my responsibility (32,43 euros). I feel that due to your actions, I am being confronted with additional costs, and the compensation is insufficient. kind regards Rob van Bergen
The supplier responded:Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback, I can only apologise that the order was sent separately - I have now added a note to your account so that we don't send individual parts of orders in the future. With regards your current order, whilst the customs fee is required to be paid I would be happy to refund the charge to you or leave a credit on your account to that amount, whichever you'd prefer.
