Product Information

The Huber adjustable cup mute system 'Adjusts-Cup' creates a lot of musical options for the player. The system includes modular bodies and cups so you can customise your sound. There are two body types (A and B) and then 3 cup choices (felt-lined, bowled, scalloped). Each component has its own sound characteristics and you can get creative to combine them.

This is the Body Only 'B' in black or white. This body has been designed by Huber themselves rather than being modelled on a vintage mute. It has a long tapered section which provides more space inside the cup and accentuates the natural sound of the cup. Body 'B' is great for more intimate playing situations such as chamber, solo work, jazz combos and in the studio.
