A wonderful new addition from the Eastman Winds Company. The EAS-850 Rue Saint-Georges is a model based on the classic French Saxophones of years gone by and features some beautiful aesthetic touches.

This model produces a very focused, centred sound which is well suited to advancing players in classical and contemporary genres. The DS mechanism and keywork design both look and feel fantastic under the fingers. You can see in our extra pictures that there are some modifications to the design of various parts of keywork both stylistically and with regards functionality. 

Interestingly this EAS-850 model comes with two necks; an 'S' and 'R' model gives the player a choice of different internal tapers which affect both the response and intonation. Coupled with the quick and light keywork action, this Rue Saint-Georges model is a beautiful addition to the professional range of Alto Saxophones we sell.
