It is important to treat the bore of your clarinet with bore oil to inhibit cracking and warping, whilst improving the tone and sonority of your instrument. Made from pure flower oils imported from China and India, this hydrophilic oil allows the wood to breath, whilst moisturising its fibres.
To use take a small swab and soak with oil, wring out any excess in kitchen roll, pull through the instrument several times to deposit a thin smear evenly throughout the bore. Use twice weekly for 2 months on new instruments and then once fortnightly after. If using on older instruments we recommend applying at least once or twice a month.
Made from pure flower oils, this is the most natural bore oil on the market.
Tested over 3 years this oil reduced cracking in our Retail store to nearly zero.
Designed by Professor Anton Weinberg who has played clarinet professionally for over 50 years in various international orchestras.
Supplied in small bottle with clip cap.
Will not only protect new instruments but also revitalise older wooden instruments.
Suitable for use on wooden clarinets, oboes and recorders.

Small amount goes a long way. Important as I used Bore Oil for bagpipes so more bores per application. You can see the sheen in the bores.
