Product Information
B&S, one of the best known and well respected brass manufacturers around, make the challenger range of trumpets. The Challenger I model is reminiscent of the classic Bach designs and is supremely well made in Germany. The design of the leadpipe and bell give an even tone and feel from the top to the bottom of the range and is equally at home in both a big band, or an orchestral environment.
This secondhand trumpet is in superb condition, not very old but impeccably well kept by its previous owner. Just the lightest of surface scratches around the valve block and on the bell. The valves run very well with a real positive feel, just like vintage Bachs.
It's a very popular choice for upgrading players wanting a higher quality tone with enhanced projection compared to their student model. The condition is great, so this would be an excellent choice for any improving player.
