On the improved G88 Mouthpiece Puller, Ferrees has replaced the adjustment knob that held the arms against the mouthpiece with an automatic locking lug which actually forces the arms tight against the mouthpiece as pressure is applied by turning the T handle. Now the T handle is the only thing to turn.
