The Besson 950 Sovereign is something of a modern classic. Well thought of and used across the world, the Sovereign has been the no.1 choice for Tenor Horn players in many bands. These instruments are excellent for the advanced Tenor Horn player who wants an instrument that can perform to the highest level.
Most desired by Brass Band players, the 950 Sovereign is comfortable in a section or indeed as a solo instrument. This particular instrument is in good overall condition. There are some light signs of plating wear, including a patch on the side of the bell (pictured) and general use, so it wouldn't be correct to say this is mint but it is in good 'used' condition.
In terms of mechanics the instrument is in great order and has been fully checked and set-up in our workshop prior to sale. This instrument also comes with a Denis Wick #5 GP mouthpiece in addition to 2 other Wick mouthpieces and the original Besson hard case.
