Excellent pre-purchase service and very accommodating with respect to the length of trial period over the Christmas period. However this expensive clarinet arrived with a leaking pad and joints that felt were not tight enough for a new clarinet (given they will ease with use). I don't believe it had been properly QC'd before being sent out (note - packaging was excellent). Had to send it back after one play out. It was offered to be fixed but i dud not want that for a new clarinet. No issues with getting the return expedited. Has left me underwhelmed with the experience.
