Instruments

When you purchase an Instrument from Dawkes Music, we give you a 14 day trial period to make sure it's the correct Instrument for you. If not we refund the full cost of the Instrument, minus shipping costs. This trial 14 day period does not affect our standard offer of a 30 day return policy for any damaged or faulty goods.

General Accessories

Should you wish to return an accessory bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase. Returns (UK & International). All goods are available on a 14 day approval, from day of receiving goods, with the option to return for refund or exchange if they are not suitable or damaged. In all cases return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, unfortunately these cannot be covered by Dawkes Music. This trial 14 day period does not affect our standard offer of a 30 day return policy for any damaged or faulty goods.

Mouthpieces

We offer a 14 day home trial period with all mouthpieces so you can test it in a familiar environment (unless custom made or special order). Any Mouthpieces can be returned for a full refund, less £5 re-stocking fee. This trial 14 day period does not affect our standard offer of a 30 day return policy for any damaged or faulty goods.

How to Return Items

If you have an item to return or send to us (approval item, rental instrument or repair) we suggest using the Royal Mail Home Collection service. You can purchase the postage on their site and then arrange for Royal Mail to collect the item directly from your home, or you can take it to a local post office.
