MusicMedic Saxophone Pad Sets

Below is a wizard which lets you to create a bespoke pad set with any combination of pad, resonator or hole. We also have a wizard for creating Individual Pads should you want to order individual pads. The pads will arrive fully assembled, based on your selection. Please note that because these are custom made we are unable to accept any returns.

Pad Set Guarantee & Replacement Policy

We use the extensive MusicMedic archive of pad set sizes to build our Roo-Pad sets. These sizes are constantly updated with information about certain models, adjustments to our sizing and new pad sets. Due to many factors, including variations in manufacturer specifications and instrument makes and models, some pads in a pad set may not fit the instrument for which they are intended, despite all of our efforts. We have found that on average, a set could have one or two pads that might be inaccurately sized. To remedy this situation and help you get the pads you need to complete your work, we offer a pad set guarantee.

If you order a pad set you may receive replacements for up to 5 pads that do not fit from the set. Within 14 days of receiving the pad set you can provide us with the key cup measurements required and we will ship the pads you need without any additional charges. There is no need to return the spare pads or take any other action. If more than five pads from the set do not fit, you can receive a complete replacement pad set when you return the original set and provide the key cup measurements, make, model and serial number of your instrument. Whilst we cannot cover the return postage cost we will despatch the new set free of charge.

Roo-Pad sets generated through the Pad Set Wizard can be returned for a full re-fund within 30 days if the set is complete and unused.
