This aluminium TPT-6 Jo Ral plunger mute is quite the step up from the rubber variants. Commonly the rubber plungers get twisted, squashed, lost, even used for other purposes not on the Trumpet...and often need replacing too commonly. This high quality Aluminium Jo Ral model is something that will last a life time.  

The TPT-6 is designed to be more comfortable to hold and handle than the rubber variants and the internal cone shape design has been carefully crafted to ensure the instrument can both be muted and speak with the correct tonal clarity.
